Job Description

- We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Content Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that drive customer engagement, build brand awareness, and support business growth across various channels. If you're well-informed about Equity markets, drivers of economy and a creative, professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve business targets.

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies:

- Align content strategies with overall business goals and marketing objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify key insights and develop relevant content themes.

- Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines all planned content across various channels (website, emailers, blogs, social media, presentations, videos, etc.).

- Craft compelling and engaging content:

- Ideate high-quality, informative, and persuasive content, including website copy, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.

- Develop creative and attention-grabbing headlines, subheadings, and calls-to-action.

- Ensure all content is accurate, informative, and adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Strategize and execute webinars for investors: Develop engaging webinar topics and formats that resonate with target audiences.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, research) to identify relevant speakers and curate compelling webinar content.

- Manage webinar logistics, including registration, platform selection, and post-event follow-up.

- Analyze webinar performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Content review and editing:

- Review and edit content created by other team members, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve the quality of content across the organization.

- Track and measure content performance:

Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies accordingly.

- Regularly report on content performance and campaign results to stakeholders.

- Increase customer engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement across all channels.

- Leverage content to nurture customer relationships and build brand loyalty.

- Identify and address customer pain points through relevant and informative content.

- Ensure marketing targets are met:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content strategies effectively support the achievement of overall marketing and business goals.

- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns that leverage compelling content to drive conversions and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and their best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
