- The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading content strategy and execution.
- Your key responsibilities will be to increase web traffic and brand awareness while representing our company and the offerings through different forms of content.

Strategy:
- Own and design digital content strategies across all online platforms including web, social, email, video and more.
- Own and publish monthly/quarterly content and social calendar.
- Measuring content performance and analytics.
- Implementing SEO best practices on-site and offsite.
- Knowing which platform various kinds of content are best suited to.
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content for customers, partners and employees.
Execution:
- 50% of your day to day job will entail authoring and creating multi-format, multi-channel content and the rest of the 50% contribution will be to publish and distribute it on global platforms.
- Author blog posts, presentations, web page copies, customer success stories, email campaign content, social, white papers, and video scripts.
- Work with digital marketers to contribute to the inbound digital journey for Dista.
- Craft email nurturing campaigns as well as sequences, with offers and CTAs that drive engagement and - improve pipeline funnel conversion.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience in content writing.
- Mandatory: At least 2 years experience in a B2B software (services or product) company.
- Creative writing: Ability to generate crisp messaging in different formats for product and brand alike.
- Must have: Good verbal and written communication skills and good research skills.
- Must have: Familiarity with integrated marketing using digital channels, SEO and marketing tools.
- Good to have : Wordpress knowledge.
- Certifications like HubSpot Content Marketing / Inbound marketing will be a plus!.
- Must be an individual contributor with global perspective.
