Percept - Manager - Content Acquisition (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Acquisition Manager to drive content acquisition strategies, manage partnerships, and implement YouTube growth tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building strategic content partnerships, optimizing YouTube channel growth, and driving revenue through engaging and innovative digital content strategies. This role is key to scaling our YouTube presence and increasing overall performance through strategic acquisitions and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in content acquisition, partner relationship management, and YouTube growth, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management role.

YouTube Expertise: Deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms, growth strategies, SEO, and revenue optimization.

- Content Acquisition: Proven experience in acquiring content, managing partnerships, and negotiating contracts with external creators and media agencies.

- Analytics & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for growth and monetization.

- Partner Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in managing relationships with external partners, content creators, and other stakeholders.

- Leadership & Communication: Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with YouTube MCNs, CMS tools, and video rights management.

- Expertise in digital marketing, audience growth, and influencer strategies.
