Full Stack Python Developer - Django/Javascript (5-9 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Python Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications that support our US-based clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of Python, Django, and front-end technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and the Django framework.

- Implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.

- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular and other front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications.

- Optimize database queries and interactions using PostgreSQL.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in web development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills :

- Strong Python Proficiency : Extensive experience in Python programming, with a focus on writing efficient and maintainable code.

- Django Expertise : Deep understanding of the Django framework, including ORM, middleware, template engines, and best practices.

- REST API Development : Proven experience in designing, implementing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Front-End Development : Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, XML, and jQuery.

- Database Skills : Proficiency in working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

- Excellent Communication & Collaboration : Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with testing frameworks (Unit Tests, Integration Tests)
