Job Description:

- Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery and collections within the state, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Lead and supervise a team of collections professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and achieve collection targets.

- Monitor and analyze collection metrics, such as delinquency rates, recovery rates, and customer payment behavior, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the collections portfolio, including prioritizing accounts for collection efforts, reviewing payment plans, negotiating settlements, and initiating legal actions if necessary.

- Interact with customers regarding their delinquent accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing assistance or guidance on payment options and debt resolution.

- Prepare regular reports on collections activities, trends, and outcomes, presenting findings to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, and finance teams to improve overall collections effectiveness and minimize customer delinquency.
