Sales, Distributions & Marketing:
- Responsible for PAN India sales for WM business for the bank with a focus on revenue generation and meeting revenue targets of the bank.
- Analysing market trends, tracking competitors' activities, and providing inputs to product team for enhancements of product basket.
- Marketing of WMS for the bank's customers and developing strategies to maximise sales and acquiring NTB HNI customers for the bank through WMS.
- Garnering liability business for the bank, especially CASA from the existing and prospective WM customers.
- Cross sales of bank products as per the customers need and generating more revenue per customer.
- Liaison with the Bank's other departments and garnering more HNI customers, Corporates, and family offices for WM.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of Relationship Managers (IRMs) to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Conducting meetings with IRMs for setting up sales objectives.
- Designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
- Addressing customers complaints and guiding the team towards handling customer relationships.
- Work with the product team and onboard relevant products to meet the WM business objectives of the Bank.
- Hire and build sales team and structure for the bank.
- Build processes for the distributions of the business and adherence to compliances of the banks.
- Monitoring Customers portfolios and developing a defined processes for PFRs and ensuring implementation by the team.
