Product Manager - Digital Assets - Investors Division (8-10 yrs)

Investor Platform Management

- Manage and optimize digital platforms dedicated to investors, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Conduct regular market benchmarking, gap analysis, and implement features that ease and enhance investor access to products and services.

UI/UX Excellence:

- Lead initiatives to improve the user interface and experience, incorporating investor feedback and best practices in design.

- Ensure platform navigation is intuitive and user-friendly, supporting investors of varying digital fluency.

Customer Engagement & Personalization

- Develop strategies to increase investor engagement through personalized content, tools, and insights.

- Utilize data analytics to segment investors and tailor engagement strategies to different investor personas.

- Develop and execute effective communication strategies on the digital platforms and on other channels (with the help of Marketing).

Investor Education & Support

- Develop and integrate educational resources and tools to help investors make informed decisions.

- Provide digital support mechanisms such as FAQs, chatbots, and contact centers to enhance the investor experience.

- Implement strategies to improve adoption of digital platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align digital strategies with investor needs and business goals.

- Work closely with the Lead - API & Integration to ensure smooth data flow and functionality across platforms
