Duties & Responsibilities:

- Inventory Accounts.

- Purchase accounting and Bill Passing.

- Sales and customers accounting- section.

- General Ledger Accounting Section.

- Manufacturing accounting section.

- State Excise Formalities.

- Insurance Data Preparation.

- Budget Planning and Budget Performance Reviews.

- Monthly Profit Planning and Profit Variance Analysis.

- Maintain asset register as required under companies Act.

- Productivity Norms :preparation of daily ,weekly ,by-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly productivity norms data regarding Production qty, Power, Fuel, Breakdown, Downtime, rejection, Production per hour, Molasses consumption, Manpower, Maintenance cost. etc. in standard formats.

- Project Evaluation, Project Accounting and Project Monitoring.

- Cost Allocation and Analysis.

- Undertake the monthly reporting of financial performance.

- Provide professional financial support to the other departments.

- Effective control of financial processes and delivering operational excellence.

- Provide analytical support on key/new business projects.

- Audit and reconciliations.

- Provide financial information to management by analyzing accounting data.

Requirements:.

- Qualified applicants must have an M.A / Intermediate CA / ICWA with 12 to 15 years of experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Manage inventory accounts and ensure accuracy in stock reporting.

- Oversee purchase accounting, bill verification, and vendor reconciliation.

- Supervise sales and customer accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

- Manage the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate entries.

- Handle manufacturing accounting functions, including cost tracking and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with state excise formalities, maintaining proper documentation.

- Prepare insurance data and assist in claim processing.

- Plan budgets and conduct performance reviews against budgeted goals.

- Undertake monthly profit planning and variance analysis.

- Analyze and report financial performance to management.

- Maintain the asset register as per the Companies Act.

- Prepare and analyze productivity norms for production, power, fuel, downtime, and other key metrics.

- Evaluate and monitor projects, ensuring proper project accounting and tracking.

- Perform cost allocation and analysis to optimize financial performance.

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.

- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

- Provide professional financial support to other departments.

- Deliver analytical insights for key business initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Education: MBA in Finance / Intermediate CA / ICWA.

- Experience: 12 to 15 years in financial and accounting management, with a proven track record in operational excellence.

Skills and Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in project evaluation and cost management.
