Job Description:

Objective:

1. Drive Source Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Material Planning and Deployment Planning process through Avail DOIP tool to ensure higher service levels in the plant / depots at an optimal inventory.

2. Help business unit achieve higher level of efficiency by implementing Inventory Policy as per guidelines.

3. Drive business objective while actively participating / contributing in the NPD , Network optimization and long-term Capacity planning.

Function: Supply Chain - Planning

Work Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive the Supply Planning process and provide inputs to RTM, procurement and manufacturing team for necessary back-end planning. Ensure meeting of customer objective at an optimal cost.

2. Set up a process for inter unit transfer of FGs (CBOs-CBOs & CBOs- FBOs) to ensure maximum use of capital while delivering higher service.

3. Drive a system for continuous replenishment of stock from plant to depots (Freight to branch deployment planning process)

4. Drive efficiency in freight to help units achieve higher level of efficiency at desired service level.

5. Develop an inventory roadmap for both Finished Goods (FGs) and Raw material / Packaging material (RM/PM) at unit level. Drive inventory as per the guidelines set up and agreed with the management.

6. Drive network optimization and Capacity planning both in the short and long term

7. Actively contribute in leveraging Planning Tool for driving an integrated DOIP process.

Geographical Scope: All over India

Key Customers:

- Internal Customers: Procurement, Manufacturing, Trade Marketing, Region Planning and Sales team

- External Customers: Franchise bottlers

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications: Engineer & MBA from a premier Engineering & B school respectively

Experience: 4-5 years of work experience

Functional Skills: High level of analytical skills, functional competence in the area of Operation management, Ability to influence without power, Good inter personal skills etc.
