Senior Manager - Commercial Vehicle Leasing

Role & responsibilities

• Key skill set: Equipment (Construction & Industrial) & Car Leasing knowledge from Business development & end-to-end client servicing perspective.
• Business: Achieve individual targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified region.
• Sourcing: Co-ordinate closely with existing regional teams, dealers, OEMs to achieve revenue targets & drive sourcing executives & ensure that the sales process is followed in letter & spirit (Productivity, Yield, Market Share and compliance to credit policy).
• MIS: Collate and share market information, customer insights & performance parameters in specified formats on a regular basis.
• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)

• Minimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred)
• Experience in sourcing business for different products in NBFC/Vehicle Finance Industry, working in or have worked in the same Geography
