Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Zonal Head of HR

We are looking for a dynamic HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations,and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across various functions in the company.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including orientation, documentation, and introductions to the organizations culture.
2. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees to resolve queries and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Compliance & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring that all documentation is compliant with legal standards.
4. Training & Development:
• Support leadership and development programs for employees to enhance performance and career growth.
5. Employee Engagement:
• Organize and participate in team-building activities, and other employee engagement events.
