Trainee Process Associate

Training : Receive training in various business processes, including but not limited to data entry, customer support, finance and accounting, human resources, or document processing. Process Execution : Once trained, perform the assigned tasks and processes under the supervision of senior associates or team leaders. Data Entry : Enter and manage data accurately in databases or information systems. Customer Support : Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or issues through various communication channels like phone, email, or chat. Quality Assurance : Ensure that work meets quality standards and complies with the organization's policies and procedures. Documentation : Maintain records and documentation related to the tasks and processes performed. Reporting : Prepare reports and updates on the progress and status of tasks or projects as required.
