Hiring For Business Analyst - (Banking domain)

Required skills:

• 5+ years of proven experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience on Banking projects as functional consultant
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification - Preferred
• Design thinking certification - Preferred
• Business Analyst certification - Preferred
• Experience in working on the following functional areas
• Core Banking Finacle/T24
• Cards Tsys
• Payments
• Back office operations
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Certification on Scrum, Agile or any other project management certification
• Knowledge on SDLC and experience working on 10-15 end to end projects
• Good to have experience on Citrix, AWS, Remote Desktop and other virtual systems.
• Knowledge on CMMI, ISO and ISMS standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders by asking appropriate questions to gather and document detailed requirements for Banking projects. Understand business processes, rules, and objectives to identify improvement opportunities.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Document current-state and future-state process flows.
• Business Process Optimization: Work with stakeholders to optimize and re-engineer business processes, where necessary, to ensure that solutions are efficient and effective.
• Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of development projects. Assess the cost and benefit of implementation, including resource requirements and expected time savings.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories to support development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that the solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
• Testing Support: Assist in the development and execution of test cases, ensuring that the solution meets business and quality standards.
• Change Management: Support change management efforts, helping users adapt to new automated processes, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the Banking industry and organization.
• Ability to work with clients from all the regions across the world.
• Experience in managing 2-5 team (good to have)
