Job Description
- Cast start-up activities.
- Maintaining cast bar temperature
- Maintaining the composition, temperature, and pressure of Emulsion oil
- Maintaining temperature and flow of wax
- Periodical checking of oil and graphite spray nozzles
- Monitoring the conditions of the casting dam block.
- Proper planning of routine maintenance activity based on belt and dam block condition and carrying out the same
- Auto cast & Molten metal monitoring
- Monitoring of cast cooling water temperature, pH, and pressure
- Operation and monitoring the holding furnace tilting
- Shifting copper lumps to designated area.
- Shifting scrap to scrap yard
