Junior Engineer

Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and instrumentation equipment used in copper tube manufacturing, including sensors, controllers, and electrical panels.
Installation and Calibration : Install, calibrate, and maintain various electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring they meet specifications and comply with safety standards.
Fault Diagnosis : Identify and diagnose electrical and instrumentation faults using testing equipment, schematics, and diagnostic tools to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
Preventive Maintenance : Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability and lifespan of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Emergency Repairs : Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, analyze the root cause of issues, and execute corrective measures to restore functionality.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment configurations, and calibration data for regulatory compliance and future reference.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance, to coordinate activities and ensure the seamless operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Instrumentation Calibration : Calibrate and configure instrumentation devices to ensure accuracy and reliability in measuring variables such as pressure, temperature, and flow.
Troubleshooting PLCs : Diagnose and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing processes, ensuring proper functionality and communication with other systems.
Qualifications:
