As the Food and Beverage Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to FB performance (e.g., sales, guest satisfaction, costs).
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends and insights.
Support in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various hotel properties globally.
2. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Conduct research on current FB trends, competitive benchmarking, and consumer preferences.
Assist in identifying opportunities for menu innovation, sustainability practices, and guest experience enhancements.
Prepare summaries of market research findings to support strategic decision-making.
3. Support Brand Standards and Development:
Assist the corporate FB team in ensuring that all properties are aligned with the brand s FB standards and guidelines.
Participate in the development and revision of FB menus, concepts, and service protocols.
Collaborate with the culinary and design teams on projects related to new restaurant openings, refurbishments, and rebranding initiatives.
4. Coordination and Project Management:
Assist in managing FB-related projects across various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations.
Coordinate with hotel properties to collect information and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Support the organization of corporate FB events, such as tastings, product launches, and internal conferences.
5. Innovation and Sustainability Initiatives:
Contribute to sustainability efforts by researching eco-friendly practices in the FB industry, such as waste reduction, local sourcing, and sustainable packaging.
Assist in developing initiatives that promote corporate responsibility within the FB department.
6. Operational and Strategic Support:
Work closely with the corporate team to understand and improve operational efficiencies within the FB departments at various hotels.
Assist in developing training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guides for hotel FB teams.
Support internal communication related to FB updates, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed of new strategies, changes, and developments.

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Interest in the luxury F&B sector, with knowledge of global hospitality trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
