Position Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

What is the role ?
You will drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, ensuring seamless talent acquisition while fostering strong candidate engagement. By hiring for leadership and niche roles, you will play a crucial role in building succession pipelines and strengthening Hilti's workforce to drive future growth and innovation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles in functions like Finance, Logistics, and Marketing, ensuring process efficiency and adherence to SOPs and TATs.
- Drive hiring for niche/leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, and Engineering, delivering quality talent within stipulated timelines.
- Go beyond job descriptions to understand hiring requirements and collaborate with business units to refine selection criteria based on the available market talent
- Source and Screen profiles via various platforms including Job-Boards, Career Website (Umantis) and Referrals within defined TATs
- Conduct Market mapping/ competitor mapping as necessary to understand the talent landscape and focus the hiring efforts to the right talent pools
- Elevate the candidate experience, enhancing Hilti India's employer brand
- Coordinate with Hiring managers, leaders and HR Business Partners through-out the hiring process
- Foster collaboration with internal sourcing specialists and external consultants to expand the candidate pool and identify the best talent
- Engage with candidates through connects and communication, leveraging Beamery CRM especially for pool candidates
- Design and implement targeted process enhancements across the TA life-cycle to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Preferably an MBA in HR
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience using various sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean and Xray Search
- Proficiency in MS Excel including advanced features like VBA/macros will be an added advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to coach candidates and hiring managers towards finding the best talent for Hilti
