Role Overview: We are actively searching for a proficient Legal Officer, experienced in the realm of real estate and construction, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at securing construction and building approvals and permissions from various departments, including but not limited to the Building Proposal, CMDA, and GCC. Furthermore, the candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the intricate liaisoning processes with several Government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure necessary approvals and permissions for construction and building projects from departments like Building Proposal, CMDA, and GCC.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, RERA, land acquisition regulations, environmental laws, and municipal approvals.
• Act as the primary liaison between our company and various Government authorities such as the City Survey Office, Revenue Department, Ward, and other local entities.
• Stay updated with the approval processes of the Building Proposal department of GCC and ensure timely and efficient permissions.
• Handle, prepare, and submit all required documentation to ensure building plans are approved without delay.
• Regularly coordinate with, and report to, higher management about the status of approvals and potential challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with officials in various departments to ensure smooth communication and approval processes.
• Work closely with builders, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all compliance and regulatory standards are met.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in liaisoning, specifically with departments of GCC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the approval processes related to the Building Proposal department of GCC.
• Prior experience working with a Builder or a GCC Liaisoning Architect is essential.
• Exceptional understanding of documentation and procedures required for getting building plans approved.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and efficient communication with various departments and authorities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple approvals simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully securing building and construction approvals in a timely manner.
