Generative AI Integration Specialist.

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our team as a Generative AI
Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Foundation
Models and Large Language Models (LLMs) along with a strong understanding of AI
integrations. They will be responsible for developing interfaces for Generative AI agents,
integrating LLMs into our systems, and fine-tuning prompts to optimize outputs for specific use
cases.
Key Responsibilities:
LLM Integration:
o Develop and implement integrations with LLMs using APIs from platforms like
OpenAI, Claude, Titan, or similar.
o Customize AI behavior by fine-tuning models or leveraging few-shot learning
techniques.

Generative AI Agent Development:
o Design and build Gen AI interface agents that can interact seamlessly with users
or systems.
o Create user-friendly and scalable interfaces for agent interaction, ensuring an
intuitive user experience.
o Enable contextual understanding and multi-turn dialogue management for AI
agents.

Prompt Engineering and Optimization:
o Craft, test, and refine prompts to achieve desired behavior and outputs.
o Conduct experiments to evaluate prompt performance and adjust for varying use
cases or domains.
o Build and maintain a repository of effective prompt templates and guidelines.
Collaboration and Deployment:
o Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and developers to understand
requirements and deploy solutions.

o Able to develop microservice like architecture and develop code in python for web
frameworks like Flask, Django, gunicorn etc
o Understand object-relational mapping (ORM) and work with front-end technologies
(like JavaScript - NODEJS and HTML5)
o Implement robust monitoring to track performance metrics of LLM integrations and
agents in production.
Research and Innovation:
o Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM technologies.
o Propose and implement innovative solutions for improving agent performance and
adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
o Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as
LangChain, Transformers, and FastAPI.
o Proficient in working with APIs from platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or
Hugging Face.
o Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
AI and NLP Knowledge:
o Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and
techniques.
o Hands-on experience with LLMs, including model selection, optimization, and
deployment.
System Integration:
o Proven experience integrating AI models with web applications, chatbots, or
enterprise systems.
o Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD
pipelines.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with conversational AI frameworks like Rasa or Dialogflow.
Background in UX/UI for AI agents or chat interfaces.
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented
generation (RAG) techniques.
