Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. The ideal candidate is proficient in prompt engineering and has hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, like Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, and Workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative NLP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Learning Model Development:

• Develop and implement ML algorithms for NLP tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.

• Fine-tune pre-trained language models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for specific applications.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs.

Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:

• Clean and preprocess large text datasets using tokenization, stemming, and lemmatization.

• Implement text normalization and feature extraction methods.

• Utilize embedding techniques (Word2Vec, GloVe, BERT embeddings) to represent textual data effectively.

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Cloud Deployment and Management:

• Deploy Microservices on GCP using Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, and Workflows.

• Monitor model performance and optimize resource utilization.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML Microservices into production systems.

• Maintain clear documentation of models, experiments, and processes.

• Participate in Agile practices using tools like JIRA.

Research and Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and ML.

• Experiment with new frameworks and libraries.

• Share knowledge through team meetings and mentoring sessions.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data science or machine learning focused on NLP and ML algorithms.

• Technical Skills:

  • P roficient in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

  • Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models.

  • Hands-on experience with GCP services, especially Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, and Workflows.

  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
