Hidesign - Store Manager - Retail Operations (3-4 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager - Retail Operations to oversee the operations of our Hidesign store in Ahmedabad.

- The ideal candidate will ensure seamless store performance, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

- This role also involves managing visual merchandising, inventory planning, and team development while upholding the values of Hidesign.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of overall store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with company standards.

- Drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction by fostering a positive and engaging shopping experience.

- Train, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain high service standards, and embody Hidesign's values.

- Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's standards.

- Plan and ensure the availability of the right stock at the right time and place through proper analysis and inventory audits.

- Monitor store performance, prepare detailed reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
