Project Manager - Jira Methodologies (10-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

Hidden Brains is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of diverse projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery excellence. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining project management methodologies, tools, and processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards, contributing to Hidden Brains's continued growth and success.

General Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects, ensuring adherence to scope timelines, and budget.

- Collaborate with the PMO to define project scope, resource requirements, duration, and costs.

- Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.

- Oversee project delivery using standard project management tools (e.g., project plans, issue logs) and best practices.

- Monitor and manage project risks, complexities, and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality outcomes and achieving business objectives.

Change Management :

- Apply structured change management methodologies to address people-related impacts of projects.

- Design and execute project-specific change communication strategies to engage stakeholder effectively.

- Implement risk management procedures and activities to ensure project continuity and success.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Facilitate stakeholder engagements to address Abu Dhabi Governmental Entities (ADGEs) challenges and deliver meaningful results.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve ADGEs feedback, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Conduct surveys to gather insights from stakeholders and identify opportunities to enhance Hidden Brains's services.

Leadership & Team Development :

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

- Define objectives, assign resources, and track team performance against established goals.

- Build a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Certifications :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2.

- Program Management Professional (PgMP) (desirable).

- PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) (desirable).

- TOGAF or equivalent (desirable).

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in IT services or a related field.
