We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead our Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in Salesforce, who can lead a team of developers and administrators to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Strategy :
- Lead the development and execution of complex Salesforce solutions that align with our business strategies and requirements.
- Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Solution Design & Architecture :
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to define project requirements, solution designs, and delivery timelines.
Best Practices & Compliance :
- Drive Salesforce best practices, ensuring adherence to security, data integrity, and governance standards.
- Manage system integrations with Salesforce, utilizing APIs and data integration tools to streamline data flows between internal and external systems.
Project Management :
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including customization, automation, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Identify and advocate for new Salesforce features, functionality, and third-party applications that align with business objectives.
Documentation & Training :
- Establish standards for technical documentation, change management, and user training to support scalability and ongoing Salesforce enhancements.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Certifications :
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or System Architect, are highly preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Additional Skills :
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of additional technologies, such as Java, SQL, or JavaScript frameworks, is a plus.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and aligning project goals with business objectives.
