Job Title: Corporate Action Analyst

Specific Duties:

• Good Knowledge of Different types of Corporate Actions
• Mandatory/ Voluntary event set up
• Instructions Processing (Voluntary CA)
• Entitlement calculation & postings on Ex Date/ Expiration Date
• Payment processing on Payable Date
• Stock and Cash Reconciliation of Corporate Actions
• Claim processing
• Daily Reconciliation
• Ensuring SOPs are updated whenever there is change

Experience: Relevant experience in reconciliation & Corporate action process, 2-3 years. Should have managed operations for international client.

• Strong domain expertise
• Good communication skills
• Self-starter, motivated
• Experience in working with international client
• Should possess good Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of Capital Market and various products like Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives
• Good Knowledge of various type of Corporate Actions
• Sound knowledge of Excel
