Job Description
- Analyze and interpret data from Snowflake data warehouse to identify key trends and insights.
- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful visualizations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, effectively communicating complex information to a wide audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and tailor visualizations accordingly.
- Build and maintain efficient data models in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and efficient data manipulation.
- Develop efficient and scalable data models in Power BI, leveraging the best practices for fact and dimensional modeling .
- Document work processes and maintain clear documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues effectively.
- Bring hands-on experience from at least one implementation project related to reporting and visualization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting platforms, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Knowledge in Snowflake is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in data reporting and visualization.
- Proven experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integration with reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
