JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We have an immediate Openings for International Non voice process- Telecom at Chennai location.

Experience required: 6 Months - 4 years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Salary range: 1.76 LPA - 3.2 LPA

Work location: HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES/BPS; Chennai one SEZ IT PARK - GATE 2; IG-3, 3rd Floor, Phase 2, pallavaram 200 Feet Ring Road, MCN Nagar Ext, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Chennai -Tamil Nadu 600097

Shift timings: Rotational Shift & Rotational week off

Key Skills:

• Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) (Technical support /Customer support/Customer service /Voice/Non voice Back office)
• Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) with Technical knowledge (Networks/Order management) will be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shift.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.

5 days working, Based on business requirements to work in any Saturday's
