Job Description
- Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support for big data infrastructure, including the Reltio platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to big data systems, including data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Document technical knowledge and share with team members to improve overall team efficiency.
- Communicate technical information to customers, providing guidance and support to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance.
- Monitor big data systems, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure system uptime and performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong expertise in Reltio platform, Hadoop, Spark, and related ecosystem tools.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with technical teams and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Extensive experience in big data support with a focus on Reltio platform.
