HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors, People Analytics, HR Analytics)

Description:

The HR Analyst will design and build reports, stories, metrics, and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools, Power BI, Pyramid and Excel to provide actionable data insights. This role manages the entire reporting lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions. The HRIS Analyst will develop and implement advanced analytics solutions, leveraging statistical techniques and predictive modelling to support strategic decision-making and drive the organization's data-driven initiatives.

Core Areas of Responsibility/ Accountability

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, generate predictions, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Escalate data issues to appropriate data owners for resolution.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
• Perform advanced Excel activities, including VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting.
• Provide data insights through SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., tiles, dashboards, and stories), ERP reporting, and Power BI, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and maintain high-quality datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Python, or SAS.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Predictive Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in predictive modelling and forecasting in a professional setting.
