Project Management Officer - Finance Domain - CA (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the CFO in various strategic initiatives, special projects, making of presentations, and adhoc assignments as required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts assist in analyzing budget variances and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

- Compute the financial performance measurement covering actual vs budget, variances and key cost and income metrics.

- Peer/Competitor analysis, KPI tracking of peers.

- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Provide summaries and analysis of reports and information for the executive's review.

- Collaborate with the finance team members to gather financial data, reports.

- Preparation of monthly financial metrics (Management dashboards) and key business drivers specific to different products.

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

- Working with senior team members to create and review presentations.

- Assist in key month end activities which provides complete overview and accuracy of underlying management information.

- Support various teams with key management reporting as required.

- Work closely with other support functions mainly financial accounting and control team for input data.

Requirement/Skills:

- Minimum experience of 1-3 year in relevant role (FP&A/Business Strategy).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize effectively.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Expertise in MS Office (Excel and Power point).

- Strong analytical skills and rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy.

- Problem solving attitude.

- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the CFO's office professionally.
