Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

Design and produce visually appealing EDMs, standees, brochures, and opportunity documents in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with campaign goals and messaging.
• Adapt artwork provided by the creative agency for various sizes and formats, ensuring consistency across platforms and mediums.
• Work closely with the team to refine designs based on feedback and provide design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Maintain consistency in the companys visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design materials within set deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
• Manage multiple design projects at once while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate, marketing, or related industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in designing EDMs, brochures, standees, and other promotional materials.
• Ability to adapt and resize artwork for various platforms and marketing channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
