Job Description

Responsible to execute, review and promote thesales of Milk and its products by extending support through distributionnetwork Expansion activity to the entire Sales team, with an objective toachieve the business targets.
KEYRESULT AREAS
1. To coordinate with respective RegionalHead-S&D & BM and identify the Gap areas where there is zero or lowpresence of our Milk & Milk products.
2. To survey such markets, understandpotentiality of areas and get competitors details & market share andstrategies adopted by them periodically.
3. Conducting distribution network Expansionactivity
4. A) To appointing agents/ distributorsalong with all documentation in such Gap areas.
B) Add retailers under such agents andmake availability of our Milk and Milk products through assigned PSMs in theexisting areas/ Markets.
5. Should train the PSM\u2019s/ SR\u2019s and givethe product knowledge and Monitor the PSM\u2019s/ SR\u2019s activities on daily basis.
6. Ensuring that the coverage of outletsper day and proceeding outlets with defined volumes.
8. You are responsible for making launchplan in new markets & gap areas of existing markets & successfullylaunch Heritage Milk and Milk Products in such assigned areas.
9. Keep track on competitor activitiesand update periodically.
10. Afterdeveloping the area / New agent, hand over the same to concern Sales office /Branch Manager and move to the new gap area.
11. Developmarket intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
12. Optimumutilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
13. CustomerContact Programs and addressing complaints.
