Position:

Welding Sales Engineer

Locations: Mumbai, Vadodara and Chennai

Roles:

This person will be responsible for generating sales enquiries in respective territories and supporting pre and post sales activities.

The job profile requires travel to customer sites, events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.

Lead outbound sales activities with existing and potential clients.

Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final sales closing.

Present demos and pitch solutions during in-person visits and follow up after meetings.

Review sales leads and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals.

Ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives and budgets.

Build and ensure strong customer relationships.

Required Qualification and Skills:

Mechanical & Metallurgical engineering degree/diploma qualification as minimum.

Minimum 2 to 4 years experience.

Demonstrable experience will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of materials: especially steel, stainless steel, low alloy and high alloy materials is essential.

Good level of communication skills Both verbal and written.

Good commend over English language.

Flexible work attitude, which should be demonstrable by experience.

Experience in Welding consumable & Welding equipment sales will be preferred.
