Head - Equipment Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Sales of different Welding equipments like ARC, TIG, MIG and Laser.
• Knowledge of process, welding systems and welding quality in an automotive / heavy engineering organization.
• Hands on experience on the above machines for demonstration.
• Experience in welding automation like robotic welding will be preferred.
• Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.
• Present demos and pitch solutions during in-person visits, and follow up after meetings.
• Review sales leads and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals
• Ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives and budgets
• Build and ensure strong customer relationships.
• Good level of communication skills - verbal and written.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a team of 4-8 members, a mix of sales and service teams
