Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Welding Technology / Robotics & Automation or a related technical field is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of Robotics & Automation / Welding machines (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Plasma) and related accessories
• Knowledge of welding processes, materials, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for clients.
• Sales Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within technical products or industrial equipment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop customized sales solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to quickly identify customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving post-sale technical issues.
• Software and Tools:
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing leads, opportunities, and customer data.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and trade shows.

Experience:

• 4-8 years of experience in sales, particularly selling technical equipment such as Robot / Cobots / Welding machines
• Prior experience in the sales of RoboticAutomation / welding M/c sectors is highly desirable.
