SuperSeva is hiring for Transport Help desk for one of its renowned MNC client.

Job description:

Designation: Transport help desk

Salary package: Upto 33,000 CTC per month

Shift timings: Rotational shift ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM, 11.00AM - 10.00PM, 10.00PM - 7.00AM)

Working days: 6 days working ( Saturday or Sunday is off)

Preferred candidates: Male

Working mode: In- office

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to transportation inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update transportation schedules and databases using advanced Excel skills.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient transport operations.
• Assist employees in resolving transportation issues and provide timely support.
• Monitor transport service levels and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to transport operations and employee usage.
• Keep abreast of transport regulations and company policies.
