Regional Sales Manager - Building Material Industry - West (20-25 yrs)

- Experience in sales of Building like Ceiling Products, Flooring, Ceramics, Sanitary ware Material product Specification.

- Targeting big Private & Government Projects

- Meeting with Architects, Contractors, Interior Decorators, PMC, Builders and other stakeholders in the industry.

- Making presentations to Clients

- Educating clients on the products and applications for specific requirements

- Manage team of Executives and Managers for Project Sales.

- Responsible for P & L of Western Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & MP)

- Would be required to travel to meet the clients and drive sales.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from reputed Institute

- 15 - 20 years of experience into Project Sales & focus on Specifications sales

- Should have experience in sales for Building Material for the Western Region

- Should have reach and connect to the extensive network of Architects, PMC, Contractors and other key stakeholders which influence Sales for these products

- Good at Stakeholder Management
