Manager Inclusion & Diversity

Job Description:

- Partner with the policy team to evolve I&D policies.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design function-wise engagement plans for women.

- Introduce new policies basis Industry data that support and elevate inclusion and diversity.

- Drive and implement the global inclusion and diversity agenda.

- Executing programs, policies, initiatives, and communications that will elevate the culture of inclusion in the Company.

- Working closely with both India and Overseas HR teams, Business teams and Senior stakeholders on a broad.

- Communicate globally and regionally across all business.

- Track gender diversity targets vs. achievements across all functions and business including female exit reasons and action plans to improve diversity numbers.

- Analyze the impact of Inclusion & Diversity programs using metrics such as retention rates, promotions for diverse groups, employee engagement scores.

- Customize I&D programs.

- Create an Inclusion & Diversity calendar of events and campaigns.

Requirement:

- Executing I&D focused projects/campaigns and trainings in their previous roles.

- Experience of working with, advising, and influencing multiple senior stakeholders (internal & external).

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills story-telling and effective communication design abilities.
