Female Client Relations Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about the various services and facilities offered by the company
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Schedule appointments, manage tele enquiries & walk-ins, and maintain an organized client booking system.
• Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on both computer systems and physical files.
• Handle client payments, process invoices, and maintain financial records accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination between gym and salon operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels of centre supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the fitness or beauty industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with client management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and maintenance operations.
• Flexibility to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
• A self-motivated and energetic attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
