Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management:

o Develop, manage, and drive the P&L for the CPG business unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

o Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial objectives

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

o Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

o Oversee the end-to-end operations of the CPG business, including solution delivery, sales, and business development

• Team Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

o Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

• Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, new solution development, and partnerships.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Brand Management:

o Oversee brand strategy and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and market demands.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns
