Technology Head

As the Technology Head at HealthWorksAI, your responsibility will extend beyond technology to deliver leading-edge Medicare strategy and operations capabilities to our clients. You'll drive the technology roadmap, implement cutting-edge tech, and foster growth in our product line. If you're passionate about solving unprecedented problems, running dev sprints like hackathons, and building innovative data science products, this role is for you.

What You will Do

• Drive Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the vision for cutting-edge products, aligning them with business goals.

• Implement New Age Technologies: Introduce and integrate advanced technologies for a competitive edge.

• Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement an adaptable tech stack to match business speed.

• Client Collaboration: Conduct sessions to comprehend and analyze technical requirements, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations

• Implement Medicare Technologies: Support the implementation of technology solutions for Medicare programs while advising on industry standards and best practices.

Experience You'll Need:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, analytics, or related fields from renowned institutions like IIT, IIM, IISc, NIT & BITS Pilani

• Tech Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS), Dot Net, Angular, Python, Spark, SQL,
Web APIs, MLOps, AIOps, HTML5, CSS3, Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.

• IT Architecture Expertise: 8+ years of extensive experience in IT architecture, particularly in healthcare or Medicare systems.

• Healthcare Technology Proficiency: 8+ years in healthcare technology with a focus on Medicare Advantage Plans.
