Marketing Manager- Sironix

Role Overview

We are looking for Product Manager who will be responsible for new product launch, current portfolio product planning and execution, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. It also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Role & responsibilities

• Work with the sales leaders to create product sales strategies
• Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analyses for management
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Propose an overall budget for Product Marketing
• Work with customers and sales to evaluate sales call results
• Manage KoLs and drive acceptance for the products
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings, Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
• Use Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, analysing business development and monitoring market trends.
• Manage and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Manage and participate in important clinical conferences.
• Review inventory levels and production schedules for product availability
• Responsible for internal training on new products, update existing products
• Manage Product launch and Product portfolio
• Stay update with market, competitor information and local customer ideas.
• Communicates new developments internally (product and market)
• Provides sales support (i.e. product presentation, demo activity, local adaptation/creation of selling tool
• Planning and Conducting In-house or On-site Product Trainings for Distributors or Customers
• Coordinates local approval with regulatory affairs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills are essential requirement.
• Candidate must have 3-7 years of experience in Product Marketing
• Medical Devices/Pharma experience preferred.
