The role demands

1. Passion in understanding the market landscape and giving inputs to drive business
2. Ability to build the right templates/dashboards that ensure the right data points are being used to make decisions.
3. Ability to problem solve
4. Understanding the micro & macro which are critical to decision making
5. Balancing growth and sustainability/financial prudence

Being proficient in excel, PPT’s and having working knowledge of SAP is a must have.
