HealthifyMe - Product Operations Specialist (0-2 yrs)

We are looking for a Product Ops Associate to join HealthifyMe's AI team. In this role, you will be working very closely with the product and engineering teams and the other support functions. Excellent communication and analytical/logical skills are a must for this role.

Job Role :

- Work closely with product, operations, engineering teams and coordinate with them to drive key product/business initiatives

- Design and interpret key performance metrics, and deliver insights to multiple stakeholders across product and business

- Drive key strategic initiatives for improving product user engagement and identify new opportunity areas

- Maintaining configuration setups, ensuring app feature performance, and supporting product launches

- Effectively respond to all basic and some advanced questions and regularly interact with Ops/support to identify issues and problem solve.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support users and deliver the right user experience

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience with excel, SQL and data analytics

- Must have a problem solving, analytical and data-driven mindset.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in product ops

- Curious about metrics, execution, complex systems

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done

- A drive to learn and proactively take up new initiatives.

- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and coordination skills

- Prior experience with app analytics tools such as Clevertap, Localytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel is a plus, however, not a must.
