Role & responsibilities
- Setting processes of consumer understanding, Purchase behavior understanding & consumer interaction through
- FGDs, consumer surveys, market visit etc.
- Analyzing Primary and Secondary research data for drawing action-point for products and planning new research
concepts to discover intrinsic needs of customer.Product Strategy
- Business model planning leads to annual operating plan for the organization.
- Defining a product portfolio roadmap basis consumer and competition understanding and implementation of supplier
strategy basis ley relevant parameters.
- Planning to deliver topline and bottom-line objectives to the company and leading the team to deliver the above
objectives.Product Planning
- Planning the timelines of product launches, cost Vs value analysis for recommending detailed product specification.
- Undersupply ecosystem to recommend the right components for device and planning the detailed GTM to deliver the
objectives of the company.Product Lifecycle Management
- Analyzing sales, target market, consumers & industry and understating sales trends and market response of LAVA
models vs. competition.
- Proposing timeline of phasing out of running models based on above understanding and launching new models based
on above understanding.
- Proposing extension of life of running products through interventions.Product Operation Planning
- Inventory planning & management and inventory ageing management and planning the intervention in coordination
wise sales team.
- Driving product placement in coordination with sales team and analyzing competition sales and recommending the
right actions basis same
Preferred candidate profile
- Past Product Management Experience
- Strong communication and collaboration Skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Should be able to plan and manage deadlines.
- Should be flexible to travel nationally and internationally for extended period.
