Role

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development and compliances. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives and goals.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key roles within the organization, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
• Performance & Development: Manage performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning to build a high-performance culture.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment; address employee grievances and mediate conflicts effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and optimize HR processes.
• Leadership Development: Mentor and lead the HR team while working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the organizations goals.Preferred candidate profile
