Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team at Arcedior

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations, solving management challenges, supporting the directors, and contributing to the development of our people culture

This individual will work closely with leadership to design and implement people strategies that support the companys growth objectives while maintaining a positive, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to management, addressing employee-related challenges and offering solutions to improve team performance and productivity.

Drive initiatives focused on employee development, engagement, and retention.

Collaborate with the directors on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.

Support and advise on people culture initiatives to foster an inclusive, innovative, and positive work environment.

Oversee the implementation of training and development programs tailored to employees needs and business objectives.

Identify areas for HR process improvement and ensure efficient HR operations across all departments.

Monitor employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Manage employee performance cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, managing HR audits and reports.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar strategic HR role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach to work.

Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.

A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving business objectives through effective HR strategies.
