Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Banca channel sales team to achieve business targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through bank partnerships.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks to drive revenue growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet customer needs.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Experience : Sales experience 1 - 4 years,
• Age : Between 21 to 38 years
