Relationship Manager -Portfolio Handling (Sales only)-Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling of bank's products and services to increase revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain strong connections with HNI clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in retail branch banking, preferably handling HNI client relationships.
  
• Strong understanding of retail liabilities, portfolio management, and sales strategies.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with HNIs.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
