Job Description -

The purpose of this role is to assist in review of new digital processes to ensure the product / process approval policy is diligently followed and compliance is ensured and there is proper tracking of process/ products as per approved policy and publishing to ORM Team.

Role Expectation -

Process Notes To review and provide inputs on the notes

• Review of notes and current status of all New product, product variant and process notes as per approved frequency and guidelines of the approved board policy.
• Note is complete and covers all risks associated with the process and controls & mitigants to the risks a) Process Risk (eg. Process documented / Centralized / Decentralized / Pilot launch details are covered) b) Outsourcing Risk (eg. Any activity or process outsourced / Evaluation of vendor done) c) Technology Risk (eg. Data security / Compliance to ISG guidelines) d) Event Risk & Valuation Risk (eg. Any risk on account of valuation) e) Legal or Regulatory Risk (eg. All regulatory & legal guidelines complied with) f) Reporting Risk (eg. Required MIS or Reports are system generated or manually prepared) g) People Risk (eg. Existing skill enough or not ? Any training required)
• Check regulators website on circulars and guidelines to be followed.
• Refer relevant portals for existing processes like gyaanline , cards portal, E-learning, Retail-MIS etc.
• Co-ordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings for discussion and concurrence on revised processes for obtaining sign off.

Process Notes To track and comply with the conditional approvals, if any

• To track conditional approvals and ensure compliance.
• To track implementation of suggestions / recommendations / risk mitigants & additional controls.

Maintain and Publish Process Dashboard

• To maintain list of all the product / process note and track for approvals as per approved new product / process policy.
• To ensure the same is updated in a central repository or available on the server.
• Publish monthly MIS to ORM Team and internal teams.

Query Management & RCSA

• To respond to queries on New Product / Process policy guidelines, approval framerwork, current status of conditional approvals, current status of suggestions, recommendations & risk mitigants.
• Complete RCSA exercise

Experience Required

Minimum 7-12 years experience in Financial sector of which at least 3-5 years experience in Banking operations and ORM & 1-2 years experience in Digital developments
