Gold Loan Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct gold appraisals for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during loan disbursements and repayments.
• Cross-sell other financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, and demat services to existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through group sales efforts and generate leads from referrals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to microfinance operations.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and ability to accurately assess the value of various types of gold ornaments.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy in cash handling tasks.
